Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Supply Support Officer to contribute to a significant capability enhancement project. This role requires expertise in spares analysis, codification processes, and supply chain planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake supply support analysis to establish initial inventory needs
• Examine reliability, maintenance, and usage statistics to predict spare parts requirements
• Create and update supply support documentation such as support plans and provisioning lists
• Execute codification tasks including item identification, classification, and registration
• Assist in the design and improvement of supply chain solutions

Required Skills and Experience

• Degree or qualifications in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or associated fields
• Proven experience in Integrated Logistics Support or Supply Support Analysis
• Familiarity with supply chain design and logistics support in secure federal government settings
• Strong background in spares analysis, inventory optimization, and codification operations
• Competence in relevant data analytics tools like MILIS or SAP

Additional Information

• Permanent full-time position offered with a base salary of $161,000
• Must be based in Canberra with onsite presence required
• Applicants must possess at least NV1 security clearance
