Squamish Samurai Sushi is hiring a Sushi Chef for a full-time, on-site role in Squamish, British Columbia, Canada. This position must be performed at the workplace; remote work is not available.

Responsibilities
- Track food spending, usage, sales, and stock levels.
- Develop and test new menu recipes.
- Cook meals and specialty dishes to order.
- Coach team members on food preparation, cooking methods, and safe handling practices.
