Role Overview
The Systems Administrator will be entrusted with managing and supporting the corporate IT ecosystem, including user access management and SaaS applications, ensuring a secure and efficient technology environment. This role is based onsite in Lisbon, requiring collaboration with diverse teams, and relocation support is available.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and sustain IT infrastructure encompassing SaaS applications, cloud platforms, and internal systems.
- Manage user identities and access provisioning across tools such as Google Workspace, Okta, and Azure AD.
- Safeguard network integrity through security measures like endpoint protection and encryption.
- Monitor hardware and software systems to promptly diagnose and resolve issues.
- Implement security protocols including multi-factor authentication and role-based access controls.
- Support company-wide SaaS tools including Slack, Zoom, Notion, and Atlassian suites.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding by managing account setups and deactivations.
- Develop automation solutions to streamline IT operations and system monitoring.
- Oversee license management, regulatory compliance, and maintain IT documentation.
- Deliver technical assistance and training to employees for optimal system utilization.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years’ experience in IT or systems administration roles.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based corporate IT environments such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, or Azure.
- Competence in identity and access management platforms like Okta, Azure AD, or JumpCloud.
- Familiarity with endpoint management tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune, Kandji) and MDM platforms.
- Understanding of network security fundamentals, including VPNs, firewalls, and zero-trust architecture.
- Knowledge of IT automation and scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python) is advantageous.
- Proven aptitude for diagnosing hardware, software, and connectivity disruptions efficiently.
- Strong grasp of IT compliance, particularly GDPR and SOC 2 standards.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, remote-first working environment with excellent problem-solving skills.
