Overview

The Talent Acquisition Executive role involves leading end-to-end recruitment activities and collaborating closely with hiring managers. This position emphasizes building sustainable talent pipelines, enhancing our employer brand, and leveraging recruitment technologies to secure top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage both active and passive candidates through social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Conduct resume review and initial phone screenings, coordinate skill assessments to ensure candidate suitability.
• Work collaboratively with department managers to clarify hiring needs and keep stakeholders informed on recruitment progress.
• Handle offer negotiations, prepare employment letters, and support a smooth onboarding process.
• Represent the organization at recruitment events and monitor relevant recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Two to five years of experience managing full recruitment cycles within corporate or agency contexts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with professional sourcing platforms and recruitment technology tools.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges from 25,000 to 35,000 INR.
