Position Overview

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team at our Goregaon, Mumbai location for a 6-month engagement. This opportunity is suited for individuals enthusiastic about human resources and recruitment, aiming to build robust talent pipelines. The role provides practical experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting employer branding activities.

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing candidates using various platforms including job portals, referrals, company databases, and professional networks like LinkedIn.
  • Review and shortlist candidate resumes aligning with job specifications.
  • Organize and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Update and maintain candidate management trackers and MIS reports regularly.
  • Help with posting job vacancies and managing applicant responses.
  • Communicate timely updates to candidates regarding interview processes and schedules.
  • Support documentation for offers and pre-joining formalities.
  • Contribute to campus recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and other hiring events.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment service level agreements and regulatory guidelines.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication alongside interpersonal abilities.
  • Fundamental knowledge of recruitment or general HR procedures.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient user of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Proactive learner with initiative-taking attitude.

Eligibility and Other Details

  • Open to any graduate, or those pursuing/recently graduated with an MBA/PGDM in HR or related fields.
  • Availability for a full-time internship for the stated 6-month tenure is required.
