Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

Acubeavenue Technologies is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the recruitment process for both IT and non-IT positions. This role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding to support various business functions. This position requires working full-time from the office located in Sector 62, Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across departments.
• Source high-quality candidates through online job portals and professional networks.
• Evaluate applicants by assessing their technical skills, communication abilities, and alignment with company culture.
• Facilitate interview scheduling between applicants and hiring managers efficiently.
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pool to meet immediate and future hiring demands.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with selected candidates until their onboarding process completes successfully.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Possess a postgraduate degree.
• Have 6 months to 5 years of proven experience recruiting for both IT and non-IT roles.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of job roles within IT and non-IT sectors.
• Position open to female candidates only.
• Willingness to work onsite at Sector 62, Noida.

Salary and Work Conditions

• Monthly salary in the range of 15,000 to 26,000 INR, with flexibility based on experience and interview performance.
• Work schedule includes alternate Saturdays off.
