Overview
We seek a well-organized and personable Team Assistant to support the Director of Artist & Entertainment Relations along with the broader team. This role involves managing diaries, administration tasks, guest bookings, studio visit arrangements, and supporting special projects, all within a dynamic environment connected to TV, film, and music industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assist with talent and guest interactions, including managing guest bookings and studio visit arrangements, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide comprehensive day-to-day support to the Director of Artist & Entertainment Relations, including calendar management, scheduling, travel plans, and general administrative duties.
- Assist in organizing logistics for meetings, events, and talent-related activities such as charity auctions and podcast requests.
- Support the Artist & Entertainment Relations team by maintaining organized documentation, ensuring up-to-date processes, and facilitating smooth daily operations.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in personal assistant, assistant, or coordination roles.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain high accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels through both verbal and written communication.
- Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Positive and proactive team-player attitude, willing to assist beyond defined responsibilities.
- Genuine enthusiasm for media, TV, film, and music sectors with a keen desire for professional growth in the entertainment domain.
