Role Overview
We are seeking Technical Content Developers for our Product Specialist and Technical Enablement Team. Candidates with software technical backgrounds such as Technical Sales Engineers, Technical Marketing Engineers, Technical Solutions Architects, Professional Services Consultants, or Technical Support Engineers who aspire to create content that empowers customers to understand our products are encouraged to apply.
In this role, you will craft technical guidance published on our premier enablement platform, Tech Zone, and deliver enablement content to both internal teams and external audiences.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Develop clear, precise technical content that supports customer, partner, and internal technical education.
- Present technical enablement materials to diverse audiences internally and externally when required.
- Engage in continuous learning of technologies to create insightful educational materials.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, partners, and customers to gather input and enhance content.
- Occasionally travel, including internationally, to present and deliver enablement sessions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with IT tools encompassing endpoint management, device troubleshooting, security applications, and various operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS, mobile OS).
- Familiarity with endpoint management platforms like Omnissa Workspace ONE or Microsoft Intune is highly desirable, alongside expertise with other end-user computing solutions.
- Knowledge of Windows lifecycle management tools, endpoint security, and identity management solutions is a significant plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to assimilate and clearly present new technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of translating complex technical information effectively.
- A customer-focused approach with demonstrated experience in nurturing strong professional relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Background of 3 to 5+ years in relevant technical roles such as product management, solutions engineering, implementation consulting, technical support, or technical marketing within the end-user computing software sector.
