Technical Documentation Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking to hire a Technical Content Writer who will develop high-quality documentation aimed at improving our product suite. This position involves collaborating extensively with product managers, developers, QA engineers, and UX professionals to bolster product usability and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of product specifications and documentation demands.
• Create lucid and precise technical documents targeted at various audiences.
• Write intuitive user interface text, online help materials, and developer-focused documentation.
• Prepare detailed tutorials to support end-users across multiple applications.
• Analyze existing and future content to identify opportunities for single-sourcing and reuse.
• Design, organize, and continually improve the core structure of information architecture.
• Transform complex technical details into engaging and accessible materials for users.
• Establish and curate a well-organized collection of references, research notes, and design specs.
• Work closely with engineering and support teams to centralize documentation assets and maintain shared repositories.
• Research, draft, and revise new content in cooperation with cross-functional teams ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Partner with subject matter experts to independently generate process documentation, technical specs, and procedure manuals.
• Develop standardized document templates to meet regulatory standards and facilitate data migrations.
• Create multimedia content that maintains a consistent brand voice to improve usability overall.
• Collaborate with product development teams to refine UI/UX, update content strategies, and design diagrams.

Additional Information

This position offers a monthly remuneration ranging from 35000 to 40000 INR.
