Role Responsibilities and Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or hold CCNA certification.
• Experience or familiarity with customer support, after-sales service, or networking system support is advantageous.
• Sound understanding of networking protocols and basic concepts of routing, switching, DHCP, QoS, IGMP, network redundancy, IP routing protocols, and standard VPN technologies.
• Hands-on skills with network monitoring, diagnostics, analytics tools, and configuring networks using Cisco equipment or similar.
• Capable of quickly learning new technologies and products by utilizing documentation and online resources.
• Knowledge of industrial networking and IIoT/IoT digitalization is valued.
• Proficiency in English for writing, reading, and speaking is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service mindset with active listening and clear, effective communication skills.
• Detail-oriented in all customer verbal and written interactions.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Computer Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics, or Electrical disciplines.

Compensation

The annual salary for this role ranges between 400000 to 550000 INR.
