You must also be certified in Boeing 787 Composite Repair for Technicians, hold B787 GEnx Level III training, and be skilled in wet lay-up and prepreg composite repair methods, as well as using hot bonders for composite curing.
A valid Aircraft Maintenance License from GACA, FAA, EASA, or another equivalent CAA authority is mandatory, and you must be able to obtain the necessary security clearance for the role.
The ideal candidate communicates effectively, works well with others, and takes responsibility for mentoring emerging technical talent. Good time management, accountability, and a proactive commitment to health and safety are also important.
