Job Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads.
- Manage inbound customer calls and inquiries professionally.
- Schedule site visits for interested prospects and ensure timely follow-up calls.
- Keep detailed records of all calls and customer interactions in databases.
- Meet or exceed calling targets set by the management.
- Welcome visitors and clients at the office, providing refreshments such as water, tea, or coffee.
- Manage visitor coordination and meetings maintaining a professional reception atmosphere.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: HSC or Graduate.
- Mandatory 1 to 2 years of telecalling experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
