About the Role
Finlight Connections is seeking enthusiastic Telecalling Executives to join their team at the Hebbal, Bengaluru location. This role is ideal for confident communicators eager to advance their careers in a vibrant and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
- Provide clear and professional explanations of company products and services.
- Follow up with leads and build lasting customer relationships.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for call and sales performance.
- Keep accurate records of calls and customer information for effective tracking.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Tamil, Telugu or Malayalam is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic computer skills.
- Open to both freshers and experienced applicants.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary range from ₹15,000 to ₹18,000.
- Additional performance-based incentives up to ₹10,000 monthly.
