Job Overview and Responsibilities
Rootwise Aesthetics, a premium clinic in Coimbatore, is seeking a Telecalling Executive to join their dynamic team. This role involves reaching out to potential clients through multiple marketing platforms including WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta Ads, Google, and Practo to convert inquiries into confirmed consultation and treatment appointments. You will be responsible for following up with prospective patients, re-engaging inactive clients, and maintaining a high conversion rate from leads to consultations.
Patient Counseling and Sales
The candidate will confidently explain various clinic treatments, tailored services, and packages to interested individuals. Understanding patient concerns and recommending appropriate consultations will be key to building trust and fostering lasting professional relationships. Monthly targets for consultation booking and conversion are part of the performance expectations.
CRM Management and Reporting
Maintaining precise records of interactions, leads, calls, and appointment follow-ups is essential. The role requires continuous updating of the CRM system and collaborating closely with doctors, the front office, and customer care to ensure smooth patient journeys. You will also prepare periodic performance reports on lead conversions.
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in any field is required.
- Candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, CRM, healthcare, hospitality, wellness, or premium retail sales are preferred.
- Exceptional freshers with strong communication and sales abilities are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in Tamil and English is crucial.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to establish rapport are mandatory.
- A target-driven mindset with a passion for results-oriented work.
- Professional telephone manners and strong customer-centric focus.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are advantageous.
Compensation and Schedule
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 based on experience and performance, with an attractive incentive scheme.
- Additional rewards for exceeding lead conversion and revenue objectives.
- Work schedule is Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
