Job Overview

Linfox Intermodal is seeking a motivated Transport Coordinator for our East Arm, Darwin location. This role is critical in ensuring that transport deadlines are met efficiently and in compliance with Linfox's safety and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks. Responsibilities include processing driver run sheets, uploading Proof of Deliveries (PODs), and utilizing SharePoint, among other administrative duties. This position offers a day shift opportunity, operating Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to ensure daily work completion aligns with customer expectations and safety/compliance guidelines.
• Maintain precise documentation and records for run sheets, PODs, and compliance matters.
• Provide daily administrative support to the Operations, Admin, and Support teams.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in a similar role within a transport operations setting is essential.
• Familiarity with the rail transport industry is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver timely, safe, and effective services.
• A strong work ethic, passion for the logistics industry, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with Blue Yonder, SAP, and MS Excel will be highly valued.
• Capacity to adapt to evolving demands and pressures.
