About the Program
Corporate Travel Management (CTM) in Auckland is seeking candidates for their Travel Consultant Graduate Program. This excellent opportunity offers comprehensive education and training for individuals to start a career in corporate travel consultancy. The program includes thorough training on fare structures, Global Distribution Systems (GDS), travel terminology including the phonetic alphabet, technology use, product knowledge, process automation, and delivering excellent customer service.
The Graduate Program spans six months, starting with one month of intensive training followed by continuous mentoring and practical experience to develop your consulting skills and confidence within the travel industry. Upon completing the program, participants transition to a full Travel Consultant role equipped with industry knowledge, system proficiency, and client-facing expertise.
