Role Overview

The Trip Captain leads group travel experiences, ensuring safety, enjoyment, and smooth management throughout the journey. This full-time position based in Kanpur requires managing guest arrivals, daily schedules, transportation, activities, and acting as the main contact for travelers. Responsibilities include logistics support, liaison with local vendors, document handling, resolving issues on the spot, and gathering traveler feedback to improve future trips.
