Overview
We are looking for a UI Designer to join a consulting team based in Quebec or Montreal for a permanent position. The role is hybrid and the consultant will support client projects delivered by Chrome Technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Create visually consistent, accessible, and high-performing web interfaces.
- Work closely within a multidisciplinary team made up of product owners, designers, integrators, and developers.
- Develop UI mockups, components, and deliverables that align with existing libraries and brand standards.
- Build accessibility best practices into the design process from the outset, including WCAG considerations.
Requirements
- Strong command of visual design, usability, and interaction principles.
- Ability to design interfaces that are coherent, intuitive, and aligned with brand identity.
- Hands-on experience with design systems and component libraries, with an emphasis on consistency and reuse.
- Good knowledge of accessibility practices and WCAG standards.
- High attention to detail and strong visual quality standards.
- Background in UI design for complex websites or digital products.
- Proficiency in Figma and collaborative design tools.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments.
- Solid understanding of front-end technical constraints.
- Awareness of web performance and responsive design considerations.
