UI/UX Designer

Position Overview

As a UI/UX Web Designer at Fraction, you will design user-centric and visually compelling interfaces for web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve user experience, ensuring our digital products are intuitive and engaging. Key duties involve conducting user research and usability evaluations, crafting wireframes and interactive prototypes, and coordinating with development teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform user research and usability testing to collect feedback and insights.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and detailed mockups for web platforms.
• Create and update design standards and style documentation.
• Partner with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to establish user requirements and project objectives.
• Conduct audits on existing websites for quality assurance and adherence to best practices.

Requirements

• Expertise in design software including Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalents.
• Optional experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Solid knowledge of user-centered design principles, accessibility guidelines, and responsive, mobile-first design approaches.
