Role Overview

KODONIC DIGITECH PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer who excels in visual design elements including color theory, typography, and layout structuring. The ideal candidate will have expertise in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch and possess a strong grounding in responsive and user-centered design principles.

Key Responsibilities

Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile applications.
Enhance user experience by conducting research, performing A/B testing, and gathering feedback.
Develop comprehensive design systems and establish brand guidelines.
Work collaboratively with developers and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and project alignment.

Required Skills and Profile

Profound knowledge of visual design fundamentals including color schemes, typography, and layout design.
Proficiency with major design software platforms such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
Understanding of responsive web design and principles centered around user needs.
Ability to create wireframes, detailed high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for diverse platforms.
Strong teamwork and communication skills to liaise effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
