UI/UX Designer (Figma)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer proficient in Figma to craft seamless user experiences and visually appealing interfaces for both web and mobile platforms. This role involves close collaboration with developers to translate designs into functional products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished mockups using Figma.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and reusable component libraries.
• Perform user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate effectively with developers to guarantee accurate design implementation.
• Create adaptive and responsive layouts tailored for web and mobile devices.
• Communicate design concepts and deliverables clearly to clients and project stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of four years’ experience in UI/UX design roles.
• Advanced expertise in Figma for creating design assets.
• A strong portfolio showcasing projects across web and mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with design systems, including atomic design principles.
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines such as WCAG.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Framer or other prototyping software.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with design tokens.
• Practical background in user research and testing methodologies.
