About the Role
SourceStack Group is looking for experienced and driven US Recruiters to join their expanding recruitment department. The perfect candidate will possess practical experience in US Staffing, excellent sourcing abilities, and the capacity to oversee the entire recruitment process for both IT and Non-IT roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source, identify, and connect with suitable candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, referral networks, and other recruitment avenues.
- Thoroughly review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing through to successful placement.
- Handle requirements for W2, C2C, and 1099 employment types.
- Organize and schedule interviews, while diligently maintaining candidate pipelines.
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure the timely submission of well-qualified candidates that align with client needs.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Required Qualifications
- Possess 1.5 to 3 years of dedicated experience in US Staffing or US Recruitment.
- Demonstrate a strong comprehension of the US recruitment landscape and processes.
- Have prior experience working with both IT and Non-IT job requirements.
- Familiarity with W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models is essential.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.
- Show the ability to work autonomously within a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
- Possess strong capabilities in candidate sourcing and engagement.
Preferred Skills
- Experience utilizing specialized sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and similar platforms.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective professional relationships.
- A proven history of achieving successful candidate placements.
