Job description

Role overview

Evri is looking for a UX Designer to help shape digital experiences that are used by millions of people every day. The role sits within a fast-growing UX function that has become a key part of how the business builds products, backed by senior leadership and a shared goal of delivering best-in-class experiences.

You will join a collaborative, cross-functional product squad while also contributing to a broader UX community. This gives you ownership of your product area, plus the chance to learn from other designers and specialists as the team continues to expand.

The position offers strong visibility and the opportunity to influence web, native mobile, and internal tools used by couriers and operational teams. It is well suited to someone curious, team-oriented, and motivated to create user-centred solutions that have meaningful impact.

What you will do

  • Represent the user’s perspective inside the product team and keep their needs central to design choices.
  • Carry out research into users, competitors, and the market to identify insights and opportunities.
  • Design end-to-end experiences through journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual concepts.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to help shape roadmaps and ensure user value is prioritised.
  • Assist with story refinement and help define clear acceptance criteria focused on the user experience.
  • Partner with analytics and optimisation teams to assess performance and guide design improvements.
  • Test and validate ideas with users before development starts.
  • Maintain consistency by following the Evri Design System.
  • Collaborate with engineers so final builds match design intent and accessibility expectations.
  • Help strengthen the UX culture by encouraging user-centred and data-informed design practices.

What you will bring

  • Previous experience in a UX Designer position, preferably in a product-led or digital setting.
  • A portfolio that shows end-to-end UX thinking and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Experience creating designs for web, mobile, or progressive web applications.
  • Hands-on ability with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent software.
  • Good knowledge of user-centred design methods and common UX frameworks.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and turning findings into insights.
  • Comfort using analytics and applying data to design decisions.
  • Understanding of design systems and pattern libraries.
  • Familiarity with agile working methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the confidence to challenge ideas constructively.

Why this opportunity stands out

This is a chance to do work that matters at scale, in a team whose influence reaches the highest levels of the business. You will have room to experiment, develop your craft, and grow your career in a design-led environment where different perspectives are valued and great user experiences are a priority.

Additional information

Evri describes itself as an inclusive employer where everyone is welcome. The organisation emphasises strong teamwork, support for growth, and a shared ambition to design the next stage of its digital experiences together.
