Role and Responsibilities

• Design outstanding user interfaces and user experiences across the entire development process, ensuring intuitive, effective, and engaging products using advanced tools to iterate quickly and uphold high quality.
• Leverage AI large language models to clarify product intentions, draft preliminary specs, anticipate risks and edge cases, enabling swift alignment within teams and accelerating decision-making.
• Employ AI-assisted prototyping and coding tools such as Cursor and Claude Code to transform concepts into interactive prototypes and production-ready frontend code, efficiently switching between coding and design tools.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers from the start, contributing to defining requirements, participating throughout development, QA, and release phases, and making design choices mindful of engineering constraints.
• Engage directly with customers to validate designs, conduct rapid testing, and use analytics on funnel, retention, and adoption to refine subsequent iterations.
• Identify high-impact opportunities within the product backlog that can drive business value, align stakeholders, and prioritize swift delivery.

Additional Information

The role is offered as a full-time permanent or fixed-term position. Work locations include Milan, London, Madrid, Warsaw, or remote work from approved countries.
