UX/UI Designer, User Experience Team

About the Role

As a UX/UI Designer with the User Experience team at Aurum Vision Real Estate, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs for our product lines. Your comprehensive understanding of product technologies and hands-on skills will enable you to develop solutions that address real user challenges and enhance business value.

Main Responsibilities

• Gain a thorough understanding of the assigned product’s technology and features.
• Conduct research focused on user needs, user impact, and business outcomes.
• Produce key design deliverables including competitive analysis, user flows, wireframes (low and high fidelity), mockups, and prototypes.
• Effectively communicate UX insights and project results to the internal design department, cross-functional teams, and other relevant stakeholders using clear, accessible language.

Candidate Requirements

• Must present a portfolio that reflects carefully executed end-to-end customer experience design work.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in interactive or visual design within a professional setting.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Keen awareness of the latest trends in mobile technology, communications, and collaboration systems.
• Proven ability to deliver visually striking design prototypes, mockups, and presentation materials.
• Capacity for accurate project estimation, independent task prioritization, and goal management.
• Proven track record of contributing to the implementation of launched products through design expertise.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related discipline, or has equivalent hands-on professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency in leading design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.
