Role Summary

We are seeking courteous Valet Drivers in Winter Garden, FL, who enjoy engaging with people and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service. This position primarily involves morning shifts Monday through Friday, with a flexible schedule. The pay rate is $15 per hour plus tips.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure client satisfaction by promptly addressing requests and concerns, proactively communicating, and finding effective solutions to issues encountered.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before parking, documenting any observations.
• Clearly communicate valet rates to customers.
• Comply with all traffic regulations and practice safe driving techniques.
• Report any accidents, hazards, unusual incidents, or policy breaches to management immediately.
• Maintain knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and major freeways to facilitate smooth transportation experiences.
• Arrive punctually for scheduled shifts wearing a clean and complete uniform, and maintain uniform standards throughout the shift.
• Support management by assisting with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid state driver's license with current address and a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is advantageous.
• Availability for occasional special shifts, including second and third shifts or weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S., demonstrated by valid documentation upon hiring.
• Capable of providing accurate information, professionally handling customer inquiries and complaints.
• Ability to read, write, perform basic arithmetic with U.S. currency, and comprehend written and verbal instructions.
• Adaptability to changes, delays, and unexpected situations while maintaining composure.

Physical Requirements

The role requires frequently standing, walking, and using hands to manage cash and equipment. Occasionally, sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting or moving items weighing up to 25 pounds may be necessary. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
