Job description
About the Role and Division
This position falls under the Land Valuation Division, located in the South East Region of Kingston. The role is titled Valuation Assistant Level 4 and involves supporting valuation professionals through both technical and clerical activities. The selected candidate will directly report to a Senior Valuation Surveyor.
Job Purpose
- Prepare modifications to case files accurately.
- Provide essential technical and clerical assistance to Valuation Surveyors.
Educational Requirements
- Possession of five CXC/GCE O-level subjects including Mathematics, English Language, and either Geography or another science-related subject is mandatory.
Salary Information
The annual salary for this role ranges between $1,711,060 and $2,301,185.
