Position Overview

We are seeking a professional Photographer/Videographer for a contract role. This position offers a compensation of $60 per hour and is fully remote.

Role Responsibilities

• Capture 10 distinct input images of individuals, objects, or settings.
• Produce 1 output image and 1 output video that integrate all captured input elements within a single frame.
• Ensure all created content meets high-quality standards and adheres to specified guidelines.
• Operate effectively and independently in fast-paced work environments.
• Deliver polished final products without unnecessary complexity.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• A minimum of 2 years of professional photography experience.
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual storytelling through photos and videos.
• Possession of professional camera equipment (DSLR or equivalent; mobile phone cameras are not sufficient).
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, efficiently, and meet strict deadlines.
• A creative mindset with adaptability and problem-solving skills suited for dynamic settings.

Preferred Qualifications

• A proactive individual with a passion for content creation.
• Agility in producing excellent work within compressed timeframes.
• Enthusiasm for exploring new techniques, innovating, and generating novel visual concepts.

Application Process

The application process is estimated to take between 20 to 30 minutes and includes an interview, a form, and a paid work trial for selected candidates.

Compensation & Legal

Successful completion of each task will be compensated at $120. While each task is estimated to take approximately 2 hours, resulting in an effective hourly rate of around $60, the payment structure is based on task completion, not hours logged. This is a per-task payment model.
