Visitor Experience Agent - Digital Light Canvas (Temporary)

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional visitor experiences and ensure smooth daily operations across MBS Attractions such as the Museum, SkyPark, Sampan Rides, and Digital Light Canvas.
• Engage visitors professionally and enthusiastically, actively promoting the diverse offerings available within the Attractions.
• Deploy proactively at main admissions and throughout public areas as assigned, assisting visitors with enquiries and directing them appropriately.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to casual staff for visitor interaction and operational tasks.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Service Quality Review (SQR) standards strictly.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of all visitor services.
• Safeguard museum artifacts when assigned to the Museum.
• Uphold cleanliness and comply with health and safety regulations at all station areas.
• Maintain a professional presence in appearance and communication consistently.
• Manage shift responsibilities diligently, ensuring smooth daily operations and fulfilling other assigned duties responsibly.
• Handle booking arrangements, ticket sales, and event-related tasks at Attractions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Secondary education is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in hospitality or tourism is advantageous.
• Strong guest relations abilities and effective communication skills.
• Passion for the Attractions industry with enthusiasm for continuous learning and engaging with people.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
• High motivation and energetic attitude suited to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Capable of exercising sound judgement and remaining composed during busy or stressful moments.
• Enjoy interacting with diverse age groups.
• Present a neat, well-groomed, and professional image.
• A cooperative team member who is organized and capable of working independently.
• Comfortable speaking publicly to groups.
