Role Overview
We are currently seeking Voice Support Associates to join our international voice support team. This role involves managing real-time voice calls predominantly focused on international customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls efficiently.
- Deliver quality support to customers in an international voice process setting.
- Maintain professionalism during customer interactions.
- Adapt to rotational shifts including night schedules.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
- Minimum of 6 months experience working in an international voice process environment.
- Availability to join immediately or within 15 days (notice period considered).
Compensation and Work Details
- CTC ranges from 2.25 to 3.5 LPA depending on experience.
- Work location is at Sutherland’s Gateway Office Parks, Perungalathur, Chennai, opposite the Perungalathur Railway Station.
- Five-day work week with rotational night shifts.
- Two-way cab transportation provided within a 25 km radius based on shift timings.
- Work from office requirement.
Selection Process
- HR interview conducted virtually or as a walk-in.
- Skill development panel interview.
- Voice assessment test.
