Job description
Role Overview
We are recruiting for the position of Wealth Support Specialist to join our client’s team in Ras Al Khaimah on a permanent basis. This role involves managing customer inquiries primarily via phone communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer questions related to trading and investment products including Stocks, Forex, Cryptocurrency, and Derivatives.
- Explain and assist with order types, margin requirements, leverage, and portfolio management fundamentals.
- Provide support and resolve user issues related to trading platforms and handle basic troubleshooting of applications and systems.
- Maintain knowledge of U.S. market operational practices like trading hours, settlement procedures, and corporate actions.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain effective communication with clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Mandatory experience in banking, brokerage, or financial services sector.
- Familiarity with trading and investment product types and mechanics.
- Understanding of compliance aspects such as KYC, AML, and data privacy.
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
