Webmaster/Vehicle Listings Coordinator

Role Overview

The Webmaster / Vehicle Listings Coordinator is responsible for managing and enhancing our digital vehicle listings in close collaboration with the in-house photographer and videographer.

Primary Duties

• Upload excellent quality vehicle images and details to AutoTrader, ensuring complete fields and adhering to listing criteria to maintain a 100% listing quality score.
• Continuously update vehicle mileages and relevant stock information for accuracy and currency.
• Track listing performance and age, refreshing and modifying adverts as needed to boost visibility and customer interaction.
• Analyze market trends, competitor dealership activities, and vehicle pricing, delivering insights to the Sales Manager for pricing strategy considerations.
• Coordinate vehicle movement for photography and content production by partnering with the photographer and videographer.
• Transport vehicles between showroom, photography zones, and wash bays, ensuring vehicles are clean and photo-ready.
• Assist and learn from the photographer/videographer in creating trade-in arrival videos and other related vehicle content.
• Help maintain a professional, consistent, and accurate digital presentation of dealership inventory.

Candidate Requirements

• A valid driving licence.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience working with online vehicle listing platforms and digital tools.
• A sound understanding of vehicle market trends and competitive pricing is critical.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, photography, and marketing teams.
• A proactive approach and willingness to support content creation and daily stock preparation tasks.
