Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group began as a small neighborhood restaurant in New Orleans’ Mid-City area and has since expanded into two brands with more than 20 restaurants across the Southeast, with continued growth underway. Job Summary

The busser is responsible for clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables to keep the guest experience clean, organized, and efficient.

Core Duties

• Remove used dishes, glasses, and tableware between courses and prepare fresh settings for the next course.
• Clear tables promptly after guests leave.
• Carry soiled dishware to the dish room and sort, stack, and place silverware, plates, glassware, and similar items in the proper areas of the dirty-dish station.
• Between seatings, clean tabletops, chairs, and booths, check the floor, and tidy as needed before setting the table for the next party.
• Refill drinks for guests when needed.
• Inspect the assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean it when necessary.
