Role Overview
We are seeking a Workday Consultant with 5+ years of total experience and a minimum of 5 years in relevant roles. The position is preferably based in Hyderabad, Pune, or Bengaluru, but candidates from other locations will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain Workday Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation processes with at least 3 years of applicable experience.
- Manage the entire annual compensation cycle activities including EIB loads, validation, testing, and enhancements.
- Lead end-to-end annual and mid-year compensation cycles for a minimum of one year.
- Modify compensation eligibility rules, manage job changes, and update grade/profile changes effectively.
Qualifications
- Core Compensation certification is mandatory; Advanced Compensation certification preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in handling Workday Core and Advanced Compensation modules.
- Any graduate degree is required to be eligible for this role.
- Experience threshold: minimum 5 years overall and in relevant areas.
