Job description

About the Role

This position supports the daily running of the regional HR and employee experience team. The scope combines office administration, human resources support, onboarding assistance, and coordination of workplace experience initiatives.

Office Operations and Administration

  • Take ownership of everyday office operations so the workplace remains organised, efficient, and running smoothly.
  • Handle office budgeting and spending, including processing invoices and keeping track of costs.
  • Track stock levels for office consumables, pantry items, and other procurement requirements.
  • Help ensure the office follows internal policies, safety expectations, and local compliance rules.

Facilities and Vendor Coordination

  • Assist in selecting and preparing a new office site, working with interior designers, contractors, and other outside partners.
  • Maintain day-to-day relationships with office service vendors such as cleaning, maintenance, security, and co-working or property management teams.
  • Support equipment installation, workspace planning, and other facilities-related enhancements.

Employee Experience and Culture

  • Plan and run workplace events such as open days, volunteer activities, and Plaud anniversary celebrations.
  • Contribute to employee experience initiatives that strengthen engagement, belonging, and team connection.
  • Coordinate the logistics for internal meetups, team-building activities, and culture-focused programs.

Brand and Event Support

  • Help coordinate office-based photo and video shoots that present the workplace and support employer branding.
  • Support networking sessions, partner visits, and media activities hosted at the office.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to make sure events and promotional activities align with the brand's values.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in office management and HR, ideally with local market exposure.
  • Working knowledge of core HR practices and statutory obligations such as CPF, IRAS, and MOM.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and people skills.
  • Comfort handling sensitive information with confidentiality and the ability to work on your own.
  • Prior involvement in office renovation or relocation projects will be considered an advantage.

Additional Information

The role is based in Singapore and is a full-time, on-site position.
