About the Internship
This internship involves independently driving sales for Think Technology Services' diverse offerings. The position includes promoting web services, digital marketing solutions, and leading cloud-based platforms including Zoho, Google Workspace for Business, Microsoft 365/Azure, OneLogin, and Freshworks across various business segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling incoming online sales queries, qualifying potential leads, and converting them into business opportunities.
- Providing end-to-end support including pre-sales consultations, post-sales services, account and project management, and customer training.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships aimed at repeat sales and sustained referrals.
- Arranging appointments for potential clients and coordinating with appropriate partners to address their needs.
- Conducting meetings with clients both virtually and face-to-face, managing the sales pipeline, engaging prospects, and driving business growth.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship based in Mumbai.
- Internship must start between July 14th and August 18th, 2026.
- Availability for the entire 6-month internship duration is required.
- Relevant skills and interests aligned with business development and sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency with MS Excel and Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Strong capabilities in sales management, sales strategy, negotiation, and effective communication.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Good interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Ability to handle sales communications via phone, email, and on-site visits.
- Capability to work efficiently under pressure with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, with strong troubleshooting skills and a dedication to continuous learning.
- Flexibility to work independently and visit client locations as needed.
- Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, web technologies including HTML and web hosting is beneficial.
- Previous experience in web solution sales is preferred.

Additional Information
- The internship stipend range is ₹10,000 to ₹35,000 per month.
- Successful interns may receive a job offer with an anticipated salary range from ₹250,000 to ₹600,000 per year upon permanent conversion.
