About the Internship

Primary Responsibilities

• Support recruitment efforts and assist with onboarding new hires
• Keep employee records current and manage HR database updates
• Help plan and facilitate employee training and development initiatives
• Contribute to performance assessment and management activities
• Respond to employee-related inquiries and assist in managing workplace relations
• Participate in formulating HR policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with the HR team on ongoing projects and strategic initiatives

Candidate Requirements

• Availability for a full-time, onsite internship commitment
• Ability to commence internship between 15th July 2026 and 19th August 2026
• Willingness to commit to the full 3-month internship duration
• Possess relevant skills and genuine interest in human resources
• Proficiency in MS Office suite including MS Word and MS Excel
• Strong verbal English communication skills
