About the Internship

Join CBS Ventures as an HR intern and gain practical exposure to diverse HR activities within a vibrant and fast-evolving workplace. Collaborate directly with the HR team to enhance recruitment, talent management, payroll processing, employee onboarding, and other critical HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment by posting job openings, screening applicants, and organizing interviews.
• Assist in managing employee data and contribute to performance appraisal processes.
• Facilitate onboarding by preparing essential documentation and conducting orientation programs.
• Aid payroll and attendance management to guarantee accurate and timely salary disbursements.
• Utilize MS-Office and Google Suite tools for email handling, scheduling tasks, and data evaluation.
• Address employee questions and resolve conflicts employing effective communication and professionalism.
• Learn to operate Human Resource Information Systems and explore negotiation strategies relevant to the workplace.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must commit to a full-time, in-office internship for six months.
• Available to commence the internship between July 13 and August 17, 2026.
• Possess relevant skills and interests aligning with HR functions.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 6,000 to INR 10,000.
• Certificate awarded upon successful completion of the internship.
