Role Responsibilities

• Assist in routine operational tasks such as entering data, preparing documentation, and composing reports.
• Coordinate project activities by monitoring schedules, deliverables, and progress across multiple teams.
• Maintain effective communication with internal departments to ensure seamless handling of operational duties.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze operational data, generating reports aimed at identifying patterns and opportunities for process enhancements.
• Prepare official documents, presentations, and letters required for government and regulatory purposes.
• Conduct research on government platforms and Digital India projects including API Setu, NIC, MeitY, DigiLocker, and UMANG for supporting active projects.
• Support senior operations staff in arranging meetings, record-keeping, and following up on correspondence with government bodies.
• Participate in refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and updating operational documentation.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Business units to assist in operational initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available to work full-time on-site throughout the internship period.
• Internship start date must fall between July 28, 2026, and September 1, 2026.
• Commitment to the entire 6-month internship duration is required.
• Possession of relevant skills and interests aligned with the role.

Additional Information

• Location: Ahmedabad, India (also includes Indore options).
• Internship duration: 6 months starting immediately.
• Monthly stipend: INR 8000.
