Architectural Engineer

Role Overview

We seek an experienced Architectural Engineer to oversee the execution of both interior and exterior finishing works, including gypsum installation, painting, flooring, and ceilings. This role involves preparing architectural designs, layouts, and detailed shop drawings related to finishing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of architectural finishing works on both interior and exterior aspects, ensuring high standards in gypsum, painting, flooring, and ceiling installations.
• Develop and prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and shop drawings for finishing projects.
• Engage directly with clients to capture requirements and deliver design solutions that align with their expectations.
• Oversee full project management activities from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
• Maintain strict quality control to guarantee adherence to approved designs, specifications, and standards.
• Facilitate coordination with contractors and consultants to ensure proper project execution as per plans and specifications.
• Compile and deliver regular progress reports to management.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least five years of hands-on experience in Architectural Engineering, especially with finishing works.
• Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD and Revit, demonstrating strong design capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills with the capacity to handle teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants.
