Assistant Manager - Operational Readiness

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an Assistant Manager - Operational Readiness to ensure all venues and facilities are thoroughly prepared for launch and day-to-day operations. This role involves collaborating with multiple departments to evaluate readiness, identify risks, and implement effective solutions that ensure seamless operations. The position plays a crucial part in the development of one of Saudi Arabia's premier entertainment and sports destinations by championing operational effectiveness from inception.

Key Duties

• Coordinate and facilitate operational readiness activities across all stages of the project lifecycle
• Perform readiness evaluations and gap analyses to pinpoint and reduce risks before launch
• Work closely with project teams, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure consensus and preparedness
• Support the design and delivery of training programs aimed at operational staff
• Track and report on key performance indicators related to operational readiness status
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational workflows
• Maintain comprehensive records and facilitate communication regarding readiness status and action plans

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a similar discipline
• At least 4 years of experience in operational readiness, project coordination, or related functions
• Strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and familiar with project management software
• Capable of collaborating effectively and managing multiple tasks in a high-paced setting
• Experience in entertainment, hospitality, or managing large-scale projects is a plus
