Back Office Executive

About the Role

Multi Mantech International Pvt Ltd is seeking Back Office Executives to join their Head Office located in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad. Immediate joining candidates will be prioritized. The company specializes in consultancy across various engineering and environmental sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Typing letters in both English and Gujarati languages.
• Handling document formatting, scanning, printing, and maintaining official records.
• Drafting and managing professional email communications.
• Organizing project files in both digital and physical formats.
• Preparing billing statements and reports under supervision.
• Coordinating scanning and submission of necessary documents.
• Assisting with Management Information System (MIS) reporting and data entry tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Applicants should have between 1 and 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Educational background can be Bachelor’s in Arts, Commerce, Computer Applications, Business Administration, or Master’s degrees in related fields; any graduate is eligible.
• Candidate must be located in or able to commute to Vastrapur, Ahmedabad.

Skills and Competencies

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute at 85% or higher accuracy.
• Familiarity with Windows 7 and 10 operating systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Compensation and Openings

• Monthly salary ranges from INR 18,000 to INR 23,000.
