Role Overview

The Branch Manager will oversee the branch's entire operation with a focus on efficiency and profitability. This role includes comprehensive responsibility for reporting financial and operational performance to company leadership. The manager will also handle all employee-related processes including recruitment, training, and terminations.

Key Responsibilities

Take full financial accountability for expenses, wages, and management of branch assets.
Evaluate operational weaknesses and design action plans to enhance branch performance.
Develop and manage a weekly operational and sales performance report.
Lead the hiring and professional development of branch staff.

Candidate Qualifications

Possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or related field.
Have a minimum of two years in a managerial or supervisory position.
Proven experience in recruiting and training staff members effectively.
