Position Overview
The Brand Manager role focuses on designing, implementing, and overseeing brand strategies that aim to elevate KeyMik's recognition, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen positioning within the market. This role collaborates closely with the Head of Brand Management and cross-functional teams spanning marketing, creative services, sales, influencer marketing, and client success, ensuring unified brand messaging and consistent execution.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategies that align with company objectives.
- Preserve uniform brand identity across multiple platforms and channels.
- Assist in refining brand positioning and messaging frameworks.
- Oversee brand campaign planning, execution, and follow-through.
- Guarantee all customer interaction points reflect KeyMik’s branding standards.
- Support agency clients' branding efforts including brand discovery, market research, competitor analysis, messaging development, rebranding coordination, and brand consistency.
- Manage marketing campaigns and review materials for brand conformity.
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and content teams to produce engaging content.
- Organize content calendars supporting brand initiatives.
- Monitor brand health by tracking performance metrics, customer feedback, and examining competitor activity.
- Identify opportunities to enhance brand image and engagement using data-driven insights.
- Coordinate with departments such as marketing, creative design, sales, influencer and affiliate marketing, events, client success, and operations to align campaigns with brand and business goals.
- Manage multiple branding projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within timelines and budgets.
- Track and report on key indicators including brand awareness, campaign impact, social media performance, website analytics, sentiment analysis, client satisfaction, and project outcomes, suggesting improvements as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Business, or similar fields.
- Minimum six years of professional experience in brand management, marketing, or communications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of branding concepts and digital marketing strategies.
- Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience collaborating with creative teams on marketing initiatives.
