Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our efforts in growing the business. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with clients across various sales stages, including prospecting and pitching tailored business proposals.
• Design and execute growth strategies that prioritize both revenue enhancement and customer satisfaction.
• Generate and manage leads through strategic calls and visits to optimize sales pipelines.
• Conduct market research to discover new customer segments and unmet needs.
• Effectively promote company products and services by addressing and anticipating client goals.
• Maintain comprehensive records of sales performance, revenue, and invoicing for accountability.
• Establish and nurture enduring relationships with new and existing clientele to bolster loyalty and sales.
• Develop detailed customer maps and generate leads to create fresh business avenues for the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background required.
• Experience ranging from five to eight years as a Business Development Manager or in a related role.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and respond promptly to business needs.
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive in taking initiative to drive results.
