Position Overview

We seek a full-time permanent Business Development Representative to oversee the Central Coast area. Your role will focus on nurturing key customer relationships, discovering new business prospects, and fostering profitable expansion within FMCG and Foodservice sectors. Working within a top wholesale and distribution organisation, you will help independent clients flourish while advancing your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and margin increases throughout your designated territory.
• Manage and enhance relationships with current clients and major accounts.
• Source and secure new business opportunities in FMCG and Foodservice categories.
• Implement regular customer engagement cycles and ensure comprehensive customer coverage planning.
• Champion new products, categories, and promotions to customers.
• Analyze sales metrics and reports to identify avenues for growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve exceptional customer results.
• Maintain precise reporting, planning, and comply with all relevant requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in sales, account managing, or business development.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Keen ability to spot opportunities and translate them into sales success.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and interpreting sales data.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for customer achievement.
• Experience in FMCG, wholesale, foodservice, or related fields is advantageous.
