Key Responsibilities

  • Drive early-stage pipeline creation by handling inbound and outbound lead engagement through steady, high-volume outreach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Follow up on inbound MQLs within the required SLA window and prioritize leads according to engagement level and intent.
  • Run outbound prospecting campaigns using targeted research and proactive outreach to generate qualified opportunities, including identifying producers who may have EPR obligations and could benefit from the rePurpose platform.
  • Create, test, and refine messaging across phone, email, and LinkedIn, including cold calling, for different industries and buyer personas.
  • Keep CRM records clean and current in HubSpot by entering accurate notes, activity history, data, and next steps; also source data from ZoomInfo and ensure it is entered properly.
  • Share insights and effective practices with the outbound team and broader sales group to help improve peer performance and process quality.
  • Represent rePurpose Global at industry conferences and events by sourcing, engaging, and qualifying new leads that contribute to pipeline growth.

Requirements
