Job Role and Responsibilities

• Decorate cakes, cupcakes, and cookies following brand guidelines and customer requests, including creating custom designs for events.
• Prepare frostings and fillings required for decorating.
• Assist with baking duties as needed.
• Present baked goods attractively in display cases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all times.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards meticulously.
• Work collaboratively with the bakery team to ensure smooth operations.
• Engage with customers to understand their cake design preferences and provide friendly assistance.
• Monitor and order ingredients, supplies, and equipment when necessary.
• Meet with clients to discuss orders for custom desserts or baked products for special occasions if required.
• Represent the company at events and participate in training sessions and workshops.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in creating advanced 3D and fondant cake designs.
• Have foundational knowledge of baking and cake decoration techniques.
• Skillfully decorate baked goods using glazes, icing, and other 3D toppings to create finished presentations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and understood.
• Keep accurate baking operation records, especially regarding recipe usage.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery section at all times.
• Manage inventory and supply levels efficiently.
• Urgent hiring priority given to candidates who can join immediately.
