- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in inventory management, food prep, and kitchen organization

Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience as a Cantonese Chef in a commercial kitchen
- Strong wok cooking abilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of authentic Cantonese cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to perform reliably under high-pressure conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to food quality
- Sound understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
