Role Responsibilities

• Ensure thorough cleanliness throughout the pub including customer areas, toilets, bar, kitchen, staff zones, and exterior spaces
• Complete scheduled cleaning tasks daily, weekly, and monthly according to set protocols
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
• Track cleaning stock levels and inform management when supplies require replenishment
• Report maintenance or pest control concerns promptly to the manager
• Engage courteously with guests by greeting and thanking them politely
• Participate in all training sessions including induction, role-focused, and refresher courses, contributing to continual workplace improvements

Work Schedule

• Weekly hours: 10
• Monday: 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM
• Wednesday: 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM
• Friday: 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM
• Sunday: 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM
